the house was clean and prepared for our arrival. The Owner was super nice and so hospitable. He even prepared cake and local alcohol for our arrival. The area near house was cery beautiful and Green, but i have to admit, that roads were tiny and hard to travel by bigger car, but that was not owner's fault. I surely recommend this place.

Spędziliśmy z rodziną w obiekcie udany tydzień. Dom duży, wygodny, czysty, kuchnia super , wyposażenie EXTRA. Duże, piekne łazienki. Pięknie zagospodarowane podwórko, basen 150 cm , zejście po drabince, trampolina, boisko do siatki, stół do ping- ponga, bilard- każdy znalazł coś dla siebie! Dużym plusem jest altana, świetnie wyposażona w zlew , lodówkę, duzy stół...no i piekny widok! Dużym plusem jest garaż na dwa pojazdy. Dom idealny dla grupy przyjaciół lub duzej rodziny. My byliśmy w 10 osób. W każdym pokoju (oprócz jednoosobowego) klimatyzacja, co jest bardzo istotne w wakacyjnym okresie. Taras z cudnym widokiem, idealny na poranną kawę. Gospodarze bardzo konkretni, szybki booking. Żona naszego gospodarza upiekła nam tort powitalny i dostaliśmy regionalny alkohol na start- bardzo mily gest. Wspanialy pobyt, POLECAM!!! Dojazd do miejscowości po kilku serpentynach, ale dzieki temu widoki przepiękne!

We had a wonderful stay in Novaki Motovunski. We really enjoyed the lovely garden and the pool area. The house was more than spacious enough for two families with five kids. Kitchen Equipment was great. Only thing is the long way to get to the sea (about 40 minutes). But therefore you get a really quite and private space. Thanks for the good time and perhaps we will be back some time.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Männern für eine Woche Pool-Urlaub. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind super gepflegt und ausgestattet. Alles wie auf den Bildern. Ein großer Vorteil sind Fliegengitter in allen Fenstern, das ermöglicht in heißen Sommernächten Schlafen bei offenem Fenster. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus.

Der Vermieter war sehr zuverlässig! Wir hatten einen kaputten Geschirrspüler und sie waren innerhalb von 20min da und haben sich gekümmert. Das Haus mit all den Möglichkeiten ist für Kinder super geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Pool, Beach-Volleyball, Schaukeln, Grill, etc.). An einer befahrenen Straße gelegen. Gut ausgestattet (Küche, TV, Klimaanlage, etc.). Sehr netter Vermieter.

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus, mit schönem Pool. Einzig und allein die Lage ist etwas abseits der schönen Staädte. Hundefreundlich durch das große Grundstück und sehr freundliche Vermieter!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung haben wir je eine Flasche selbstgemachte Weiß-, Rotwein und Schnaps sowie selber gebackene süße Teilchen, Blumen und einen Gemüse und Obstkorb bekommen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig überprüft und gereinigt und die Mülltonnen bei Bedarf geleert. Leider hatten wir unglaublich viele Fliegen in der Küche und beim Essen. Evtl lag dies am Wetterumschwung... Das 3-Bett Zimmer ist nicht wie von uns aus der Beschreibung gelesen im Pool- sondern im Haupthaus. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen!

Prachtige villa met 3 badkamers met ligbad alleen was het water koud de eerste dag. Als 1 iemand gedoucht heeft was het water voor uren koud. Voor 10 persoonshuisje niet echt fijn Ze zijn goed bereikbaar en klantvriendelijk 3x zijn ze geweest heeft niet geholpen qua warm water. Ze hadden een mand met koekjes en zelfgemaakte wijn neergezet. De villa is wat verouderd maar blijft prachtig. Het uitzicht is echt geweldig.

Great place to spend holidays with your family. Location is a bit remote from the sea coast, but it also gives you complete quietness and relaxing atmosphere. Villa has everything you need. Hosts are very friendly and responsive people who can address any of your requests. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended.

Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Saubere Anlage, sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man in kurzer Zeit am Strand. Für uns war es die perfekte Erholung, mit sehr netten Kontakten. Wir kommen wieder :)
