Vižinada is an ideal departure point for excursions in central Istria and for tours on the wine and olive oil roads of which some of the most famous (Pilato, Arman, Poletti...) are located just 10 minutes by car from the house. The owner of the house is a producer of extra vergine olive oil. On the other hand Vižinada is located 17 kilometers from Poreč and its lovely beaches.
The house got its name from the hystoric railway PARENZANA which, at the beginning of the 20th century connected Poreč with Vižinada, Savudrija and Triest and represented one of the most significant economic objects in Istria. Today's Parenzana is an attractive biking/hiking path which route goes directly near by the garden of this lovely holiday house in Vižinada.

House for 14 people with a living area of 200 sqm and a garden of 2.000 sqm. The house consists of three separate units - apartments. At the ground floor there are two apartments with 50 sqm each and a tavern with kitchen and shower/toilet. One of the apartments at the ground floor consists of a three-persons bedroom with french bed and one single bed, kitchen with dining/living area with a pull-out couch for one person, shower/toilet and terrace wit sitting set.
The second apartment at the ground floor consists of one two-persons bedroom with french bed, one one-person bedroom with single bed, kitchen with dining/living area with a pull-out couch for one person, shower/toilet and terrace wit sitting set.
At the first floor there's a 100 sqm apartment with a spacious living/dining area with a pull-out couch for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen, two two-persons bedrooms of which one with french bed and one with two single beds, bath/toilet, terrace with sitting set.
The house has a well maintained garden with 4 parking places, swimming pool with sun chairs, terrace with large table for 14 people and a nice playground for volleyball.

We communicated directly with the owners and cannot stress enough how pleasant the experience has been. The house is really big and it easily accommodated our big group with 10 children, with plenty of space for all sorts of activities. Robert and Marilena were perfect hosts and before the end of vacations, we became friends. We all hope to visit their house again next summer.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Flyer und Informationen rund um Istrien versorgt. Ganz lieb war auch, dass die Gastgeber uns reich beschenkt haben mit Gemüse, Obst, Schnaps und Olivenöl - alles aus eigenem Anbau bzw. eigener Herstellung. Vielen Dank nochmal!!!!

Das Haus ist sehr gut, liegt an einer guten Lage und man kann es nur Empfehlen. Es ist ein sehr schones Haus das keine wuensche offen laesst. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Einteilung der Wohnungen ist gut und die Wohnungen sind gut ausgetattet. Teilweise waren die Betten sehr weich. In der Kueche duerfte es noch einen grossen Topf mehr haben.

Wunderschön im HInterland gelegenendes Haus in netter Ortschaft. Nur ca. 20min nach Porec. Besitzer sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich! Gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kinder im Alter zwischen 5 und 10 Jahren für 7 Tage dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kids hatten neben dem Pool genügend Mögichkeiten zu spielen und die Variabilität mit Terrasse / Balkon / Küche für alle zum Essen ist auch klasse. Die Küstenstädte Novigrad, Rovinj, Porec, Umag etc. waren auch so um die 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ein kleiner "Mini-Markt" ist direkt gegenüber vom Grundstück und so konnten die Kids dort immer frische Sachen fürs Frühstück holen. Die Hausbesitzer waren immer erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten und versorgten uns mit Tips und Empfehlungen.
