Moscenicka Draga is a place in Primorsko-goranska županija, the name comes from Moscenice, a small city from the middle age that lies above it. The citizens of Moscenice and the places around it have inhabited Moscenicka Draga because of the fishing.

Moscenicka draga is well known for the nice pebble beaches and the various hiking routes, especially visited is the beach Sipar, a few hundred meters long. The position of this fishing village enabled the development of agritourism and holiday homes on the slopes of the mountain Ucka, with beautiful view of the sea and the islands of the Kvarner bay. The first visitors came from Opatija in the 19th century.
