Below are some of the most frequently asked questions:
1.) Can I change my booking for some other period?
All guests who have booked a holiday home or apartment through ISTRIA HOME, according our Terms and conditions, have the option of rebooking their reservation for a later date in the years 2020 or 2021. If the booked object is already occupied in the second desired period, we offer you to book another object from Istria home's offer.
In case the new property is more expensive than the originally booked one, the price difference is to be covered by the guest. In case the new property is cheaper than the reserved one, the amount of the payment balance will be adjusted to the new, lower price.
IMOPORTANT: Any change of dates has to be done not later than 30 days before the original arrival date.
2.) Can I cancel the booking and get a refund?
Concerning the favorable epidemiological situation, the end of the epidemic in the Republic of Croatia and the absence of force majeure that would justify the cancellation of the reservation, in case of cancellation requested by the guest, the cancellation policy from Article 3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions Istria home d.o.o. apply.
