Casa Rafael is a family house near Novigrad, a small charming tourist town on the west coast of Istria with nice beaches and a variety of sports and gastro offer.
The large amusement park Istralandia is only 5 km from the house. On its own enclosed property Casa Rafael offers two apartments, each with its own entrance, shared swimming pool of 40 sqm and a dining table for outdoor dining. Each apartment has a parking space.
Apartment Rafael 1 for 4 persons with 50 sqm consists of an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, kitchen, dining room, two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet.
Note: Surcharge for sauna €10 per hour.

Bij aankomst was gastvrouw Patricia aanwezig. Ze spreekt NL en heetmft ons goed ontvangen. We hadden app 1. Ruime slaapkamers. Fijne serre. In de keuken is alles aan wezig. Aanrechtblad is niet zo groot maar prima. Airco anwezig. Geen extra kosten. Wifi aanwezig, geen extra kosten. Lekker zwembad in de tuin. Zwembad is 1.80 diep dus kan je lekker in duiken.
Die Unterkunft war richtig schön. Wir haben uns die zwei Wochen dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat bei kleinen Problemen prompt reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Eine kleine Anmerkung hab ich allerdings. Das Badezimmer ist etwas zu klein. Wir waren nur zu zweit in der Wohnung, es war etwas eng. Vielleicht könnte man mal über einen Toaster nachdenken.
Ansonsten war alles super!!!!!

Patricias Apartment is just like in the pictures. Its really thought trough and you have everything you Need there. Its in a quiet street so you really can relax and feel on Holiday. There is a beautiful Garden with Olive trees and the Pool area ist Perfect to relax and have Fun with Kids Patricia helps you with all your questions and is a great Host. We would definitly come back and stay there

The apartment was an absolute delight and great hideaway when you want to discover Istria. We stayed for a week and used the place as our homebase to discover the area with the garden and pool being a great asset to enjoy after a day trip. Seaside can be reached by foot/bike, we did most of the smaller travel by car. At the outskirts of Novigrad which makes it a very quiet location, which we enjoyed. Apartment is modern and well equipped. Jasmin and her family were always very kind and welcoming respecting our privacy.

Lovely apartment with small kitchen, nice garden with grill and pool area. The dining table is located in a winter garden with big glass windows, so it was usually very hot there but there is enough space to sit outside. :) Jasmin was a very nice host, thanks for the friendly welcome !
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Rafael. There was nothing that we missed and Patricia made us feel really comfortable. We could ask her for help or recommendations 24/7. Despite it’s an apartment next to the private flat of the owners, we had the feeling everyone can enjoy it’s privacy. We stayed at the apartment before the main season started (end of May), so it was not too crowded at the sea or in the cities.
Wir haben einen super Urlaub hier verbracht. War das erste mal für uns in einer Ferienwohnung und alles top. Vermieterin ist super freundlich und wenn mal was benötigt wird ist sie sofort zur Stelle. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allen ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre nicht schlecht, aber das ist schon der einzige Kritikpunkt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing appartment. Even better than on the pictures! The apportment us close to the little town Novigrad. It takes about 30 min to walk to the city center and to the beach which is close by. The appartement itself is in a little neighbourhood between olive and vinery plantations. We were two couples and had an amazing stay at the airbnb. Everything was very clean, beautiful and new. The highlight were definately the sauna, the barbecue grill and the large pool in the backyard. We shared this outdoor space with another family which stayed in the appartment next to us. But it was absolutelly no problem to share those spots. Patricia is a very friendly and helpful host. She helps you with everything and has always great ideas for good restaurant recommendations. We loved it and definately recommend it to everything who is looking for a relaxing stay!
Eine ganz tolle Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Vermieterin Patricia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat bestens geklappt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Obwohl die Vermieter mit im Haus wohnen, merkt man nichts von ihrer Anwesenheit. Einzig die Betten waren nach unserem Geschmack etwas zu hart. Aber das ist Empfinden jedes Einzelnen.
Toto ubytování bych popsala jedním slovem a to perfektní! Perfektní ubytování nedaleko centra Novigrad s bazénem a není naprosto co vytknout. Přijedeme rozhodně zase. Děkujeme
Top, nur die Entfernung zu Meer war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weit. Aber das Appartement ist zu empfehlen und die Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit.
Zeer aangename tijd doorgemaakt in Rafael1. Foto's lijken groter dan het in werkelijkheid is, maar zeer net, zeer volledig ingericht, fijn ontvangst, iets verder weg gelegen van zee en winkels waardoor een wagen écht wél een verplichting is... We komen zeker nog eens terug!
Patricia the owner of the place was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is just like on the pictures, and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location is perfect to visit Istria. We recommend this place ! :)
Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft! Der Pool und die Wohnung sind sehr schön und alles ist sauber. Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!
Beautiful Apartment with a Wonderful pool
A 5 stars experience! I was there with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is fully equipped and the outside space is breathtaking (the pool area especially). The area is in the middle of a complete silence, you can relax with no one bothering you. The main beach is a 5 minute drive, really near to the house. Also the supermarket is about 4 minutes away, so that you can buy whatever you need. Lidl is a 15 minute drive, as well. To sum up, it was a really great experience, I'd gladly come back. 100% recommended!
We spend a nice and relaxing week in the appartment Rafael 1 in Novigrad. The Family Beletic is very friendly and the
appartment is comfortable and quiet.. We dont miss anything. We recommand the appartment at our family and friend and we will return once more to Patricia and her family.

Het huis is heel mooi en netjes en nog vrij nieuw. Er zit een heerlijk zwembad bij. De eigenaresse was erg aardig. Zij heeft samen met haar man goed nagedacht over de inrichting van zowel binnen als buiten.
Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, vor allem der Pool ist gross und 1,80 m tief, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es war ein
wunderschöner Urlaub, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Den Punkt weniger bei der Lage kommt, weil Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht in Fußnähe liegen.
Ansonsten perfekt. Toller Pool, wunderbare Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, sehr freundliche Familie
